Domestic (US) Shipping:
All domestic shipping goes through USPS and takes 1-3 business days. Express shipping can be purchased at checkout. Please note that H&C Creations is not responsible in any way once a package is shipped, if any items are damaged during delivery or a shipment is lost or late please contact USPS with your order confirmation number. H&C Creations will not replace any shipments that are lost, late, or damaged, as the United States Postal Service is now responsible.
International Shipping:
International shipping uses USPS Priority shipping. The usual arrival date of a package is 7-10 business days, however customs can hold packages, extending the arrival date. Some custom fees may apply, H&C Creations is not liable to pay these fees or any delays caused by customs. Please note that arrival times vary based on location. Please note that H&C Creations is not responsible in any way once a package is shipped, if any items are damaged during delivery or a shipment is lost/late please contact USPS with your order confirmation number. H&C Creations will not replace any shipments that are lost, late or damaged, as the United States Postal Service is now responsible.
At this time H&C Creations does not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns. However in the rare instance that an item is defective, please contact us within two days of receiving your shipment once the two day allotment passes, we are no longer liable. Once an order is placed there can be no cancellations of the order. All shipping fees are non refundable. Please note that H & C creations is not responsible for any discoloration a monitor might incur during purchase, and cannot refund based on “misinformation”.
